Associate Technical Consultant – Business Development
This is a consultative role that bridges customers, internal teams, and business operations.
The focus is on understanding client needs, guiding them through solutions, coordinating execution,
and ensuring smooth commercial and operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business requirements through calls, meetings, and discussions
- Explain LiveAs products, services, and automation solutions in a clear and practical manner
- Conduct product demos (Google Meet / in-person) and clarify functional workflows
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and scope documents
- Coordinate internally with technical and support teams for solution feasibility
- Handle invoicing coordination, payment follow-ups, and basic finance communication
- Support contract finalization, onboarding, and initial handover process
- Maintain proper documentation and communication records
- Lead generation through calls, messages, and follow-ups
- Nurturing prospects and maintaining regular communication
- Identifying hot leads and moving them toward demo and proposal stages
- Following up on proposals and assisting in standard closures
What We Expect
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Ability to think like a consultant, not just a salesperson
- Basic understanding of business operations and customer mindset
- Organized approach to follow-ups, documentation, and coordination
- Willingness to learn technical concepts at a functional level
